PCs and the Internet are not as easy to use as everyone tells you. Most users of home and small business computers spend a significant amount of time keeping their PCs working, often unsuccessfully. They are not experts (why would they be) and often don't know what the problem is or how to fix it.

We believe in providing a prompt and friendly onsite service. Customer satisfaction is important to us, many of our customers are repeat customers and are happy to recommend us to their business partners, friends and family.

If you would like us to visit and solve your PC problems for you, we can do that. If we visit and find we can't help, we won't charge you. Some people want to learn and have their questions answered, we believe strongly in explaining what we are doing and why, in easy to understand terms so you are not intimidated by jargon. Others just want their PC fixed and don't want to know the details. Either is fine by us.
